Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000
• Health Insurance is paid 75% by the employer
• Dental and Vision Insurance is paid 100% paid by the employer
• Retirement package 403(b) 3% match
• Paid Time off 12 days in your first year
• Paid holidays 10 and you get one float holiday every year
• 40 hours paid time towards completion of CME units
• Employer will pay for two professional associations per contract year not to exceed $1200
• Life Insurance $50,000

Responsibilities

• Monday – Thursday (8:00 am – 5:30 pm) & Friday (8:00 am – 12:00 pm)
• Educate patients on preventative care & prescribed treatments
• Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient’s care plan
• Must be able to see patients of all ages.

Requirements

• Clear and active MD/DO license in the state of Florida
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
