Nurse Practitioner

A Nurse Practitioner is needed at an integrated health center in Roseburg, Oregon.

The primary care clinic we are recruiting for is a well-established community-based health organization, also home to an esteemed residency program. They have locations in Roseburg, Myrtle Creek and Glide. They pride themselves on their culture of provider and patient satisfaction, compassion, and collaboration.

Salary and Benefits:

• Sign On Bonus: $15,000
• Salary Range: Minimum base is $118,344+ (higher salaries offered depending on experience)
• wRVU Bonus model in addition to base salary

• Health Insurance for provider and their family is paid 100% (including co-pays) by employer.

• CME: $2500 and 40 hours each year
• Licensure fee coverage: $1500
• Flexible scheduling: candidate may choose a 4 day work week

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Primary Care or Family Medicine. Urgent care candidates will also be considered.
• 18 to 21 patients per day.
• M-F daytime clinic hours.
• 1 week out of every 12 weeks provider will take call over the phone during daytime hours.
• Provider can choose whether they want to work 4x10s or 5x8s.
• Clear and active NP license in Oregon.
• Provider may choose between the Roseburg, Myrtle Creek or Glide clinic locations.

Additional details regarding call, which is taken by phone, they will not be going into the hospital:

The call rotation for the Family Med Providers is approximately 1 week every quarter and varies as we add new providers. The call is 7 days a week from 6am-6pm. The Provider gets anywhere from 1-7 calls per week, which varies on holidays, weekends, etc. The call is very limited.
