Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, etc.)

From Mental Health to Addiction Recovery and everything in between, serving adults, children, and families.

Total Compensation Package (Benefits, PTO, Advantages, etc.)

• Base Salary
• Based on Experience and Clinical Licensure ($58,000 - $63,000)
• Retention Bonus ($1,000 Every Six Months)
• $2000 Sign On Bonus
• Differential for Weekends, Evenings, and Overnights (Up to $6/HR)

Responsibilities

• Strictly Outpatient in a Clinical Setting. Additional hours available to pick up in an inpatient / access center setting if desired.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide therapy services to our patients.
• Ability to run retrospective treatment programs (Inpatient, Outpatient, etc.)
• Substance Abuse and Dual Diagnosis Counseling
• Working with patients of all ages. If a specific age is desired, that can be arranged as well.
• Appropriate clinical documentation within a timely manner
• No weekends
• There is a productivity expectation of 26 billable hours a week out of 40 hours (includes therapy and treatment planning services).
• Those who exceed productivity for the quarter get a monetary incentive of $50 for each hour/client over.
• Expectation is to schedule expecting about 3 cancelations a day. Staff average 2-4 cancelations per day.

Requirements

• Clear and Active Florida Licensure (Or Willing to Obtain)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) candidates will be considered.
• Spanish Speaking Professionals Preferred
• Experience with Substance Use-Preferred
