Salary and Benefits

The base salary for this position is $85,000 to $94,000+
$5,000 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities

Monday – Friday (8am to 5pm) Some Flexability
10 - 12 Patients Per Day On Average
Voluntary Weekend Work
Autonomy
Providing Care to Patients in an Outpatient Setting
Accurate Clinical Documentation

Requirements

Clear and Active License in the State of Florida

Physical Therapist

Orthopedic, Neurological, or Rehab Experience Preferred
Leadership Experience Preferred

Team Player
