Director of Surgical Services needed in Largo, FL.

This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary- $140,000 - $150,000
• Up to a 22.5% Performance bonus
• Relocation Assistance- $5000 if over 500 miles and $2500 for 100-500 miles

Responsibilities

• Identify and address real/potential issues in the service, implementing solutions and ensuring communication.
• Participate actively in assigned service, departmental, and hospital-wide committees, maintaining ongoing communication.
• Enhance the customer experience within Surgical Services.
• Guide and support team members by providing feedback, constructive critique, and facilitating individual development plans while documenting job performance.
• Adhere to all Human Resource policies.
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding departmental, organizational, and industry-related information.
• Promote evidence-based employee engagement practices.
• Foster strong relationships and networks to achieve organizational and departmental goals.
