Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range $130,000-$140,000 (5-10 years' exp) $150,000 16+ years of exp

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and managing all pharmacy clinical programs.
• Completing compliance activities in a timely manner.
• Understands the expectations of compliance and makes an appropriate effort to perform within those standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hospital clinical pharmacy experience preferred
• Pharmacist
• Consultant Pharmacist must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
• Doctorate Degree
• Licensed in Florida
