Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Responsible for the daily operations of the family medicine department and supervising nursing personnel
• Staff development and management
• Provide Quality Management direction and oversight for nursing staff

Requirements

• Clear and active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care
• Minimum of 3 years as a nurse supervisor/manager
