A Family Medicine Physician (FP) is needed in Pierson, FL

Salary and Benefits

• The salary for this position is $200,000 - $210,000 (depending on experience)
• Relocation assistance offered to out of area providers
• Potential to turn into a CMO or Director role for the right candidate.
• Health Insurance is paid 75% by the employer
• Dental and Vision Insurance is paid 100% paid by the employer
• Student loan repayment: $100,000
• Retirement package 403(b) 3% match

• 40 hours paid time towards completion of CME units
• Employer will pay for two professional associations per contract year not to exceed $1200

Responsibilities

• Monday & Tuesday (7:40 am – 6:00 pm) & Wednesday & Thursday (8:00 am – 7:00 pm) Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 PM
• Educate patients on preventative care & prescribed treatments
• 20-25 patients per day
• Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient’s care plan
• Must be able to see patients of all ages.

Requirements

• Clear and active MD/DO license in the state of Florida
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Will take an ACN
