RN Cardiac Telemetry Needed in Kissimmee, FL.

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Kissimmee, FL. This is a city in central Florida's Osceola County, just south of Orlando. It’s defined by its proximity to the region’s multitude of amusement parks, including the massive Walt Disney World Resort complex. The city lies along the northwest shore of Lake Tohopekaliga (nicknamed Lake Toho), and its verdant Kissimmee Waterfront Park encompasses walking paths, playgrounds and a fishing pier.

This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System.

Salary and Benefits

• Hourly Rate- $26.00 - $32.00
• Sign-on Bonus – $15,000
• Relocation Assistance- Case by Case
• Night Diff- $4.50
• Weekend Diff- $1.50
• Shift available - Nights 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for observation, assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by authorized practitioners.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
• Med/Surg acute care experience preferred.
• Current Florida State RN license; compact licensure accepted.
• Active FL RN license required within 90 days if compact license held.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. with frequent carrying of objects up to 25 lbs.
• Possesses critical thinking, service excellence, and communication skills.
• Proficient in reading/comprehending written and verbal instructions.
• Skilled in using personal computer for various tasks.

Requirements

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 60 months of employment start date.
• Must Have 1 year recent acute Care Experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse (RN).
• Registered Nurse Diploma.
