Dental Director needed in Vero Beach, FL

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $170,000 - $185,000
• Health Insurance
• Dental and Vision Insurance
• Retirement package – 403b with 3% match
• 15 days of Paid Time Off for the 1st year

• 5 days of disability reserve annually, accrued from the date of hire
• Student Loan Repayment – up to $100,000
• Continuing Medical Education with $2,000.00 for coursework and up to 40 hours of paid CEU time
• Life Insurance – 1x annual salary to a max of $150,000
• License renewal/DEA reimbursed by employer
• Annual Professional Membership renewals up to $200.00
• Full support staff

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Reports to the CEO
• You will serve as the Chief Dentist
• Manage all dental staff
• Cost management, utilization review, quality assurance and dental protocol management

Requirements

• Clear and active Dentist license in the state of Florida
• Experience in managing/supervising required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
