Dental Director is needed in Fitchburg, MA.

Salary and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $175,000
Health Insurance – Employers Pay 70% (Around $80 Per Pay Period)
Dental and Vision Insurance Offered
Retirement Package – 401(K) with 3% Match
Student Loan Repayment – Eligible from $50,000 -$100,000
Paid Time Off (15 Vacation Days, 6 Personal Days, 5 Sick Days, and Health Time)
CME Time Off – Time Off Approved and $3,500 annually
10 Paid Holidays
Relocation Assistance Available

Responsibilities

Monday-Friday (Work / Life Balance)
Outpatient
No Weekends, and No Nights
Full Support Staff
Autonomy
Remove decay from teeth and fill cavities.
Repair or remove damaged teeth.
Place sealants or whitening agents on teeth.
Administer anesthetics to keep patients from feeling pain during procedures.
Prescribe antibiotics or other medications.

Requirements

Experience Preferred
Compassionate Care
Leadership Experience Required
Clear and Active License in the State of Massachusetts
