Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $175,000
• Health Insurance – Employers Pay 70% (Around $80 Per Pay Period)
• Dental and Vision Insurance Offered
• Retirement Package – 401(K) with 3% Match
• Student Loan Repayment – Eligible from $50,000 -$100,000
• Paid Time Off (15 Vacation Days, 6 Personal Days, 5 Sick Days, and Health Time)
• CME Time Off – Time Off Approved and $3,500 annually
• 10 Paid Holidays
• Relocation Assistance Available

Responsibilities

• Monday-Friday (Work / Life Balance)
• Outpatient
• No Weekends, and No Nights
• Full Support Staff
• Autonomy
• Remove decay from teeth and fill cavities.
• Repair or remove damaged teeth.
• Place sealants or whitening agents on teeth.
• Administer anesthetics to keep patients from feeling pain during procedures.
• Prescribe antibiotics or other medications.

Requirements

• Experience in Endodontics Preferred
• Compassionate Care
• Clear and Active License in the State of Massachusetts
• DDS OR DMD with a specialization in Endodontics
