Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $72,000 to $82,000
• Health Insurance (employer pays 75%; 4 plans to choose from)
• Vision and Dental Insurance

Responsibilities

• Flexible Schedule
• Assessments of Patients
• Pain Management
• Coordinate with Physician when needed
• Anticipate changes and educate the patient, family, and caregivers on how to aid and manage symptoms safely
• Rotating On Call Schedule
• Coverage Area: Hood County

Requirements

• Clear and Active Texas Licensure
• Medicare Home Health Experience
• OASIS Experience
• Reliable Transportation
• High Ethical Standards
