This position is with a community-based, non-profit organization focused on mental health.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000
• Paid weekly

Responsibilities

• Flexible Scheduling (Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday)
• 8-hour day shift (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide therapy services to patients
• Individual, Group, and Family Therapy
• Substance Abuse Counseling
• Appropriate clinical documentation within a timely manner

Requirements

• Clear and active license in the state of Massachusetts
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• 1 year of experience counseling patients with Alcohol and Substance Abuse
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
