Admissions RN needed in Nashville, TN

This position is with a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable Hospice organization.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $63,003 - $73,715
• Sign on bonus - $8,000

Responsibilities

• Four 10-hour shifts (2:00pm – 12:00am or 12:00pm – 10:00pm)
• Servicing all territories (Nashville, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville & Franklin)
• Friday required
• 2-3 hospice admissions per shift
• Determine patient eligibility for hospice services.
• Coordinate patient admissions in patient homes, long-term care facilities, hospitals, and assisted-living facilities
• Admit patients, inform them of rights and responsibilities, and develop care plans.

Requirements

• Clear and active RN license in the state of Tennessee
• Hospice, Home Health, ICU, CCU, Oncology, End-of-Life Care or OB experience preferred
