Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is based on experience ($130,000 - $150,000/year)
• Sign-on bonus
• Relocation Assistance
• Health Insurance – 60% is paid by employer (Employee: $76 – $98 per pay period)

Responsibilities

• 4-day workweek
• Bread and Butter Dentistry
• Patients of all ages (75% Pediatrics)
• Average patients per day

Requirements

• Clear and Active Illinois Dentist Licensure (Or Willing to Obtain)
• DDS/DMD
• Willingness to see children and adolescents
• New Graduates Will Be Considered
