LCSW Supervisor needed for Hospice in Poughkeepsie, NY

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore a full-time LCSW Supervisor position with a Hospice and Palliative Care company known for respecting the patients' and employees' choices, values, and beliefs. Our client is offering the following:

• Annual Salary Range: $90,000 to $95,000

• PTO: 24.5 Days Accrued
• 403 (B) w/ Employer Match
• Gas Mileage Reimbursement: 62.5 Cents Per Mile
• Tuition Assistance to Obtain Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities:

• Monday thru Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Supervise Social Workers
• Chaplains
• LCSW's
• Participates in Training
• Oversee two Social Worker Coordinators
• Completes Employee Reviews

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Minimum of 2 Years of Experience Working with Terminal Ill Patients
• Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in Healthcare Management
• Hospice or Home Health Experience Preferred
• Must Be Vaccinated Plus One Booster Shot
• Reliable Transportation and Active Driver's License
