Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000, based on experience.
• Health Insurance: Employer contributes 75% (Approximately $80 per pay period).
• Dental and Vision Insurance: Available.
• Retirement Package: 401(K) with a 4% match.
• Student Loan Repayment Program: Eligibility from $50,000 to $100,000.
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 vacation days.

Responsibilities:

• Duties: Perform mental health assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and provide therapy for individuals and groups.

• Clinical Autonomy: Independent decision-making in patient care management.

Requirements:

• License: Clear and active LCSW or LCAC license in Indiana.
• Experience: Both experienced clinicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
