This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System.

• Salary Determined by years of experience, $110k average

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ICU nursing team
• Managing staffing and scheduling to maintain adequate coverage.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and support to ICU nurses
• . Handling administrative tasks, such as performance evaluations and reports.
• Promoting a positive and professional work environment for the nursing team.

Requirements

• BCLS, ACLS, or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse License State of Florida
• 3+ years of critical care experience
• 1+ year supervisor or manager experience
• Day shift: start time TBD
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
