Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

We are actively recruiting for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable not-for-profit organization based in Fitchburg, MA. This mission-driven company is dedicated to serving its community and patients, with a particular focus on underinsured, uninsured, and low-income families. With a history spanning over 20 years, we are proud of our impact across more than 30 cities in Massachusetts. The new LMHC will be pivotal in including a focused therapeutic practice for children and adolescents, addressing their unique mental health needs.

Total Compensation Package (Benefits, PTO, Advantages, etc.)

• The salary range is based on experience ($57,200- $87,360)

Requirements

• Current and Active Massachusetts Independent License.
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• 2 years of licensed experience preferred
• Special interest in and/or previous experience working with children and adolescents is highly desirable.
