• The pay range for this position is up to $200,000 - $300,000

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• 40% Administration/60% Patient Care
• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for the management and projected growth of Behavioral Health Services
• Provides professional oversight for all Behavioral Health practitioners assigned at clinical location of practice
• Develop new strategies, services, and programs based on community needs
• Collaborate with CMO (Chief Medical Officer) for the development of clinical protocols, policies, and procedures for delivery of behavioral health services

Requirements

• Clear and active Psychiatrist or Psychologist license in the state of Florida
• Experience in an FQHC or Community Health setting
• Over 3 years of experience in a leadership/director role
• Over 7 years of experience in a behavioral health setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
