Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in New Windsor, NY. As the Urgent Care Director you will have oversight for strategic development for the Northeast Urgent Care locations.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000
• Health Insurance (Employee: $48.86 bi-weekly)

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
• Travels to Field Locations to Observe Current State Operations, Learn Opportunities For Better Systems and Procedures, and Incorporate These into Training. Ensure Compliance of DOH, UCA and State Regulations
• Manage Provider Schedules
• Payroll
• Employee Onboarding & Training
• Ensure Patient Satisfaction
• Reviewing All Charting

Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience; 3 – 5 years demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare – Urgent Care Setting Preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Ability to Organize Meetings.
