Salary and Benefits

• Hourly Rate  - $26 -$37
• Night Shift diff: $3.00
• Weekends: $2.00
• Critical Care Specialty Pay: $2.50
• 12 Hour Shifts

Responsibilities

• Current FL RN License required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire.
• Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If a compact license is held, an active FL RN license is required within 90 days of hire.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Previous experience in an acute care setting with 1 year of Critical Care exp
• Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
• Critical thinking, service excellence, good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skill
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required
• BLS – AHA Healthcare Provider required
• ACLS - PALS required
• TNCC - CEN and/or ENPC preferred
• Arrhythmia recognition course within 6 months (if not documented in previous experience)
