Focuses on delivery of Home Loan and related Consumer Credit and Depository Relationship Services that best serve the needs of prospective and current customers. The candidate must have a proven record of superior Secondary Market volumes with an appreciation of “Relationship Banking”. An established referral network and experience in their market(s) is required.
Interviews applicants, collects and analyzes the financial related data to help establish credit worthiness, communicates credit terms, follows up and Customer Experience and monitor repayment.
Requires knowledge and understanding of the Bank’s full array of products and services, and lending policies and practices, which will enhance banking relationships. Requires a close working relationship with both business banking and retail officers and staff. This person will be an active participant in the community. This position will have sales, portfolio and relationship banking expectations.
