Our client is one of the leading IQF firms in the United States with several large OVTI projects running throughout the United States.  This position will have the opportunity to receive training and mentorship to help develop BD and Management skills to lead OVTI projects.  You will also have the chance to expand your knowledge and experience outside of Texas. 

Responsibility: 

• Lead the effort to manage current OVTI projects in Texas 
• Keep up to date with industry movement and aid in development of new projects 
• Develop scope of Materials testing on multiple projects. 
• Aid in generating proposals
• Perform interviews with government entities to help win projects.
• Absorb training and mentorship to help prepare for nationwide expansion. 

Skills

• 10+ years of Experience
• BS in Civil, Materials, Construction Engineering or similar field 
• Experience in developing rfq and rfp for TxDOT
• PE in Texas with ability to gain PE in other states.
