**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team in the Pickerington, OH area. As a 3rd shift IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our company's IT systems, ensuring reliable and secure operation of our computer networks, servers, and applications. You will work closely with the IT team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, and provide support to users during the 3rd shift.
**Requirements :**
* 2+ years of experience in IT systems administration
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server
* Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or similar
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work 3rd shift, including weekends and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* ITIL v3 or v4 certification
* Experience with cloud-based services such as Azure or AWS
* Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
* Experience with network security and firewall management
* Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory tracking
