Key Responsibilities and Skills
Preventive/Predictive Maintenance: Developing and executing schedules to minimize unplanned downtime, which often leads to costly bottlenecks.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnosing issues in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLC programming (Siemens/Allen Bradley) and schematic editing.
Equipment Specialization: Working on furnaces, conveyors, robotic pouring units, sand systems, and molding machines.
Safety and Compliance: Enforcing rigorous safety protocols (Lockout/Tagout, PPE) and ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations.
Project Management & Improvement: Recommending equipment upgrades, managing spare parts inventory, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Common Requirements
