Collaborates on staffing and planning efforts to align with operational needs. Monitors performance and communicates significant concerns to leadership to help maintain standards and address challenges quickly. Strives for efficient use of resources and minimal downtime.
Supports training and development across key functions. Participates in reviews and assessments aimed at maintaining compliance and improving practices. Offers insights and feedback on ongoing matters and areas for enhancement.
Coordinates with internal stakeholders to help uphold organizational policies and agreements in a consistent and effective manner.
Preferred Background:
High School Diploma required; technical or related higher education a plus
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Comfortable using common business software tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel)
