Job Summary
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate project teams in a fast-paced, Agile-driven environment. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple high-visibility projects across various business domains, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes that deliver tangible value.
Project Leadership & Execution
Lead multiple IT and technology projects through the full lifecycle—from discovery to delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by managing timelines, financials, and resource allocations.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to drive efficient and aligned execution.
Facilitate discovery and planning sessions to define project scope, milestones, and release plans.
Monitor project performance and escalate critical issues to leadership as needed.
Identify and manage project risks to reduce potential negative impacts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide regular updates and performance metrics to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Partner with Product Owners, business teams, and change management to facilitate UAT and user training.
Agile Delivery & Team Management
Manage multiple Scrum teams concurrently and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
Work with teams to align sprint work with capacity and delivery goals.
Remove impediments to keep teams productive and sprints on track.
Conduct retrospectives to support team growth and process improvement.
Prepare teams for sprint demos and production deployments.
Escalate blockers and cross-team dependencies for timely resolution.
Tools & Performance Measurement
Track and report on Agile KPIs such as sprint velocity, burn-down, and burn-up charts.
Leverage tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint to manage project data and foster transparency.
Use performance data and reporting to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
7+ years of IT or technical project management experience overseeing multiple teams and projects.
Proven success leading large-scale digital transformations or enterprise implementations (ERP, P2P, SCM, CRM).
Experience managing projects involving third-party vendors.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Strong track record of using Agile metrics to guide team performance.
Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) or similar platforms.
Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
Prior experience in IT consulting or technical development is a strong plus.
