Overview:
We are representing a growth-focused, values-driven manufacturer seeking a Territory Sales Manager to expand market presence across Arizona and Nevada. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused professional who thrives on connecting with architecture and design firms and wants to represent products known for their quality, innovation, and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximize sales with existing accounts while proactively developing new business opportunities
Build strong, consultative relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and end-users
Conduct regular in-person appointments and product presentations
Become a trusted resource and subject matter expert within the design and construction community
Maintain accurate reporting of activity and sales metrics
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
2–5+ years of outside sales experience in building materials, commercial interiors, or construction products
Proven success calling on architecture/design firms and contractors
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong computer proficiency
Self-motivated, highly organized, and collaborative mindset
Must reside in the Phoenix Metro area
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary range: $80,000 – $90,000
Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
No relocation assistance available
Travel required within the territory
