Key Responsibilities
Deliver fully compliant, compelling proposals aligned with customer requirements.
Lead and oversee all proposal activities, including directing proposal teams, managing schedules, and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
Partner with Capture Managers to incorporate win strategies and solutions into structured, compliant proposals.
Contribute to the development and review of proposal strategies, themes, and messaging.
Develop proposal outlines to serve as the foundation for document design, structure, and compliance control.
Analyze RFP and bid requirements against proposal outlines to ensure responsiveness and compliance.
Build and maintain compliance matrices to track fulfillment of all requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Expertise in all aspects of proposal development and management.
Strong understanding of business development, capture strategies, and government contracting practices.
Ability to connect technical solutions with broader business growth strategies.
Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.

Experienced in leading diverse teams where independent judgment and collaboration are critical to success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance with a Polygraph is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
U.S. citizenship is required.
