Position Title: IT Delivery Lead in downtown Chicago

Type: 6-9 month contract to hire

Hours/Onsite requirements: 2-3 days onsite for the first 6-9 months, then open to fully virtual.

Team size: 10 – 15 for each scrum team which is mainly in offshore or nearshore model.

Methodology: Scrum/Agile

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience
• 8+ years in a hand-on developer or architect role on n-tier applications.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience as technical team leader/manager.
• Deep understanding of agile principles and scrum methodology including the ability to function as a scrum coach.
• Experience writing restful API’s using .NET 5/6/7 using domain driven design.
• Experience with Frontend technologies like HTML/JavaScript/React/Angular.
• Experience in collaborating with Global teams across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
• Basic understanding of common Azure PaaS services, the roles they perform and the benefits they afford. (AKS, App Service Plan, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, Managed Identities, Data Factory, Event Hub, Event Grid, Cosmos DB
• Basic understanding of UX principles
• Familiarity with foundational security principles; SAML/Oauth, encryption, secrets / token management.
