We are currently recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) Division Director VP of Clinical Education to work in Henderson, Nevada in the division office.

Job Responsibilities of the Division Director VP of Clinical Education RN:

  • Vice President of Clinical Education is responsible for the execution of strategies to advance clinical education structures and processes in the assigned division and facilities that support all lines of business in executing nursing and clinical agenda.
  • The VP of Clinical Education drives positive change by providing leadership through performance improvement strategies that advance and support clinical education throughout the company, leading to enhanced quality and financial outcomes.
  • The VP of Clinical Education uses broad enterprise and segment influence and builds alliances with corporate, division, facility, and the Clinical Education team to successfully execute the clinical education agenda.
Job Qualifications of the Division Director VP of Clinical Education RN:
  • RN Licensed in Nevada (CA preferred).
  • RN-BC preferred.
  • A Master's Degree in nursing or education is required, a doctorate in nursing or education is preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in an acute care setting.
  • 2+ years in clinical education, organizational development, or human resources.
  • Experience leading a clinical change initiative.
  • Ability to use critical thinking skills and prioritize aspects of patient care.
  • Possesses good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Can calculate medication dosages and safely administer medications within the critical care setting.

Compensation and Benefits of the Division Director VP of Clinical Education RN:
  • Salary: $117k to $175k; depending on years of experience.
  • 15% annual bonus.
  • Sign-on Bonus, Relocation Assistance up to $7.5k each on a case-by-case basis.
  • Matching 401(k) contributions ranging from 3-9%.
  • PTO starting at 4 weeks per year.
  • Tuition reimbursement of up to $5, 250 per year.
