We are currently recruiting afull-time night Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit in Frisco, Texas to practice in a 74-bed state-of-the-art hospital. The hospital offers ortho, neurosurgery, pediatric surgery, ENT plus many more.
Job Responsibilities of the ICU RN:
Plan and provide individual goal-directed nursing care that promotes, advocates for, and strives to protect the health, safety, and rights of the individual, family, and community.
Possess knowledge of the principles of growth and development and the particular skills necessary to provide optimum patient care to the ICU.
Accountability for their practice and care coordination.
Practice autonomously utilizing evidence-based practices.
The practice of the Registered Nurse will support the mission, vision and values of the hospital, and the philosophy of the Department of Nursing.
Job Qualifications of the ICU RN:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, ADN required, BSN preferred.
At least one year of experience in ICU in an acute care facility. Two years preferred.
Texas RN license or compact.
Compensation and Benefits of the ICU RN:
Salary: $28.64-42.95; depending on years of experience.
Shift diff for weekends $4.20 an hour and nights $3.75.
Relocation assistance up to $3k and sign on up to $10k with a two-year commitment.
Matching 401(k) contributions ranging from 3-9%.
PTO starting at 4 weeks per year.
