Job Title:Interconnect Business Development Manager
Reports To: VP or Director of Interconnect SalesThe Role:
The IBDM working with Sales, Marketing and Engineers, is responsible for ensuring a high level of technical support within the listed functions to meet or exceed demand creation initiatives, design wins and sales for the franchised interconnect suppliers.
The IBDM will be the focal point for all interconnect initiatives within the customer base and will coordinate sales efforts between the field sales and direct sales, marketing and field sales and the AE’s and field sales.Primary Responsibilities: (with customers and sales)EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEDegree in engineering or business degree with interconnect experienceMinimum 5 years selling, marketing or interconnect operationsMust have discipline to develop, execute and measure a sales and customer planMust have the drive to grow sales in a difficult environmentMust be motivated by a variable income component based upon the ability to increase sales and profit.
