Overview:
Turn2Partners is working with a high-growth healthcare organization that is looking to hire a Senior Growth Manager (Outside Sales Manager) to join their expanding national team. This is a unique opportunity for a proven sales professional to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare space by helping independent physician practices join a thriving medical group.
The role is highly relational and market-embedded, requiring someone who excels at prospecting, networking, and selling in person. Ideal candidates will be based in the Houston or Dallas metro areas and must be comfortable traveling extensively throughout the region (70–80% travel).
Hiring for multiple locations including TX, GA, TN
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business development efforts across a defined territory, focused on independent physician practices
Conduct in-person prospecting, lead generation, and outreach—spending the majority of time meeting with prospects face-to-face
Qualify physician practices and set high-quality appointments with decision-makers
Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and relationship-building to closing the deal
Track pipeline progress in Salesforce CRM, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Partner with in-house Growth Operations Associates to conduct market research and identify targets
Strategize with regional leadership to build and refine a segmented prospect list
Represent the organization at local healthcare events and maintain a visible presence in the market
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, and operational teams to drive lead generation
Follow HIPAA regulations and maintain discretion when handling practice and provider data
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of experience in outside sales or territory management roles
At least 1 year of experience in healthcare sales or working with physician offices strongly preferred
Strong consultative selling skills and objection-handling techniques
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to hit sales targets and manage a quota
Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable with frequent regional travel
Self-starter who thrives in autonomous, field-based roles
