Our client is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.
Responsibilities:
-Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees in sales and finance roles.
-Use a variety of tools to source candidates
-Implement company culture, values, and policies
-Provide management with requested reports and documents
-Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
-Accurately maintain employee files in an ATS system
-Maintain a quality relationship with Hiring managers and candidates
Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience in recruiting for similar position
-Knowledge of labor and employment laws
-Ability to build rapport with all employees
-Strong organizational skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
