About the Role
This Senior Engineer will support the continued evolution of a social impact platform designed to connect individuals with community-based nonprofits that can best meet their needs. You’ll contribute to a highly collaborative environment that values curiosity, quality, and a human-first approach to technology.
Key Contributions:
Develop and maintain scalable full-stack systems using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
Lead automated testing and QA workflows, with tools like Selenium and Storybook.
Design and maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines and AWS.
Ensure platform reliability and maintainability across development environments.
Partner with a team of product managers, designers, and data scientists focused on impact-first innovation.
What You’ll Bring:
4+ years of experience in frontend, backend, or web infrastructure development.
Professional experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
Hands-on experience with QA automation and testing frameworks (Selenium, Storybook, Jest, etc.).
Familiarity with SQL and ORM tools; PostgreSQL a plus.
Passion for software quality, maintainable code, and iterative product development.
Strong communication skills and comfort with async collaboration.
