We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 6-month temporary role supporting a busy and collaborative office environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to internal teams and leadership.
Draft and edit correspondence, manage spreadsheets, and assist with reports.
Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and greet office visitors.
Support invoicing, timesheet tracking, and general workflow processes.
Maintain filing systems, handle office supplies, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
Communicate professionally with both internal staff and external contacts.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
Professional, reliable, and comfortable working onsite full-time.
