Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team!

Location: Bethesda, MD

**2-3 MONTH CONTRACT**

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Assist with getting press releases drafted, edited and approved
  • Track all capital flows
  • Schedule meetings, book hotel rooms, scout dinner locations
  • Assist with creating and binding presentations
  • Assisting with travel expenses
  • Process client audit requests
  • Process invoices
  • Ordering supplies
  • Process and send fee aggregation letters
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in office administration or other related field
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ?Strong organizational skills
