This Turn2 client, a leading mobile-first health and wellness company, is hiring a Staff iOS Engineer to support the evolution of its core subscription platform. This role is ideal for a senior-level mobile engineer who enjoys working across disciplines, mentoring teammates, and building polished iOS experiences that directly support millions of users on their health journeys.
You’ll join a high-visibility, cross-functional team responsible for subscription infrastructure, upsell flows, and premium feature development. This role blends architecture, product thinking, and deep technical execution.

What You’ll Do:
Architect and build features across the iOS codebase with a focus on performance and maintainability.
Lead technical decisions and mentor other engineers on iOS best practices.

Collaborate closely with data, design, product, and engineering teams to shape user experiences.
Help evolve architectural patterns and support refactoring efforts across the app.
Participate in code reviews, testing strategy, and deployment automation.
What You Bring:
7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a deep focus on iOS development.
Proven experience shipping and maintaining high-traffic iOS applications.
Mastery of Objective-C and Swift.
Expertise with UIKit, Foundation, and the broader iOS SDK.
Experience writing unit tests and building testable, modular code.
Familiarity with multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for iOS app deployment.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, mentorship-focused mindset.

Experience with mobile payments or subscription infrastructure.
Familiarity with App Store Connect and Apple’s release tooling.
Exposure to collaborative programming styles (e.g., Pair or Mob Programming).
