About the Role
You’ll be joining a cross-functional team of developers, architects, product managers, and QA professionals responsible for enhancing donor engagement and investment processes through scalable technology. This role is a mix of new development and system optimization, created due to ongoing team growth and temporary coverage needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using a balance of custom development and declarative tools.
Refactor legacy Apex code and re-architect core systems for improved performance and usability.
Lead development of complex Flows, Process Builder automation, and Lightning Components within Sales Cloud.
Translate evolving and sometimes ambiguous business needs into actionable technical plans using POCs and data insights.
Present solution concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders to gain alignment and buy-in.
Collaborate within agile teams to manage project scope and delivery timelines.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring
5+ years of Salesforce development experience, ideally in mid-to-large org environments
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and declarative Salesforce tools
Strong experience with Sales Cloud and investment-related workflows
Ability to lead both development and architectural planning
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and managing shifting priorities
Solid understanding of APIs, middleware, and enterprise architecture best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in cross-functional settings
Nice to Have
Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect)
Experience integrating Salesforce with external cloud platforms or financial tools
