Recruiter – HR & Business Operations

We specialize in placing professionals across HR, Business Operations, Finance & Accounting, and Technology. Our team is known for its speed, precision, and relationship-first mindset, and we've built a strong reputation across the DMV market.
What You’ll Do:
Partner closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and source top-tier talent
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting offers
Build and maintain pipelines of HR, legal, and business operations professionals
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and foster long-term candidate relationships
Stay organized and proactive using our ATS and internal tools
Contribute to team strategy, share market trends, and support overall growth
What We’re Looking For:
1–3+ years of recruiting experience (agency strongly preferred)
Experience recruiting for legal roles is highly desired
A proactive, resourceful mindset and strong sense of urgency
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, results-driven environment
