Position Summary
The Litigation Paralegal supports attorneys and paralegal teams, primarily in the areas of discovery and trial preparation. This role also provides administrative support as needed and requires flexibility to work overtime when necessary. The position is hybrid, with occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate proficiency with legal filings, briefing, and cite-checking/Bluebooking processes.
Handle Federal e-filing and ensure compliance with court requirements.
Conduct factual research and development using electronic tools and external vendors.
Support trial preparation, including creating trial notebooks, organizing exhibits, coordinating witness schedules, and maintaining trial calendars.
Manage electronic files and data storage using established conventions.
Proofread briefs and other legal documents for accuracy and consistency.
Draft routine correspondence and memoranda.
Maintain document databases and update case files.
Provide support on assigned projects and additional duties as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
8–10 years of complex litigation experience; law firm background strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows-based software.
Experience with e-filing and litigation support applications (e.g., Relativity, Lexis, Westlaw).
Strong computer and internet research skills with the ability to quickly learn new software.
