Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO and various stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and executive team, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  • Plan and execute special projects, events, and meetings, managing all logistics and details.
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO, proactively addressing administrative and operational requirements.
  • Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and integrity.
  • Draft and edit communications, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Provide support in board meetings, including agenda preparation, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and expense tracking as required.

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Exceptionally polished with strong professional presence and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial services or wealth management industry experience.
  • Salesforce experience.
