Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and generate/update Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements; manage expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements.
Handle new client, matter, and intake forms; submit conflict check forms; draft acknowledgment letters; maintain communication through task completion.
Input billable time entries for multiple attorneys; assist with monthly pre-bills as needed.
Maintain and update multiple contact lists using Outlook.
Provide administrative support to attorneys, including tasks related to compliance.
Maintain confidentiality with professionalism and trustworthiness.
Qualifications:
4+ years of administrative support experience within a law firm
Litigation experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative work environment; easy-going team.
Work Schedule:
Hybrid Schedule: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote.
