Turn2Partners is supporting a fast-growing healthcare organization that’s transforming the way independent physicians deliver care. As they expand their national footprint, we are actively recruiting an experienced Growth Director to join the field-based sales team in Texas.
This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in consultative selling, healthcare partnerships, and new business development. You’ll be on the ground driving high-value relationships with independent physicians and group practices—helping them explore how a value-based care model can elevate their clinical and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and segment assigned territory to build a pipeline of qualified independent physicians and specialists
Conduct 70% in-person prospecting through sales presentations, discovery meetings, and relationship-building activities
Close complex business partnerships and manage opportunities through to signed agreements
Track and manage all activity, pipeline, and performance metrics in Salesforce
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and regional leadership to develop and execute territory strategy
Represent the organization at industry events, community partnerships, and networking engagements
Contribute best practices and creative sales tactics to a collaborative, national sales team
Support recruited practices through transition and onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience
If needed, help launch new markets by establishing physician partnerships and community presence
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
5+ years of experience in complex B2B sales, healthcare consulting, or physician recruitment
Proven ability to independently manage a full sales cycle and close high-value partnerships
Demonstrated success generating $1M+ in annual sales or equivalent metrics
Familiarity with healthcare industry, physician group dynamics, or value-based care models a plus
Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
Must have reliable transportation and be open to significant travel
Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mindset—comfortable working in a field-based, metrics-driven role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; persuasive, professional, and consultative
