Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file trademark applications and related documents.
• Conduct preliminary trademark searches and assist in reviewing office actions.
• Draft client communications and manage deadlines.
• Assist with trademark litigation and TTAB proceedings.
• Coordinate and draft legal documents under supervision.
• Provide project management and supervise paralegal staff.
• Maintain notary license and follow all supervisory instructions.
• Maintain accurate time records and meet billing requirements.
• Adhere to firm schedules and ethics guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing legal education.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 13+ years of trademark experience.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
