Overview:

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and acting as a gatekeeper and liaison across internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, including internal/external meetings, speaking engagements, and personal appointments
  • Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
  • Attend meetings and capture action items, ensuring timely follow-through
  • Prioritize incoming requests and ensure the CEO is prepared and briefed for all engagements
  • Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal departments, board members, clients, and vendors
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with the utmost professionalism
  • Assist with occasional personal or household tasks to help optimize the CEO’s time
  • Support the coordination of leadership team meetings and strategic offsites

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience supporting a CEO or executive-level leader
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and calm under pressure
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Zoom, Slack, or Asana is a plus
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to pivot quickly
