Our client is a leading professional services organization and we have partnered with them on a search for a Marketing Technology Manager to lead the strategy, development, and ongoing optimization of its marketing systems.

This leadership role plays a crucial part in enhancing marketing operations, improving data quality, and enabling more strategic, data-informed decisions across business development initiatives.

The Role


This person will manage a small team responsible for CRM data, integrations, and reporting, working closely with developers and cross-functional stakeholders. The right candidate will be hands-on, systems-savvy, and focused on leveraging tools like Power BI to drive actionable insights. This is an opportunity to evolve the marketing tech stack, own the CRM roadmap, and elevate how the firm connects with its clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner of the CRM platform, overseeing functionality, enhancements, and end-user support

  • Lead a team of CRM coordinators and specialists focused on data integrity, reporting, and platform administration

  • Define and implement a long-term data strategy to support firm-wide marketing and business development goals

  • Drive integration between CRM and tools such as email marketing, event platforms, and analytics dashboards

  • Champion quality control processes, data “cleaning,” and reporting improvements using tools like Power BI

  • Collaborate with digital marketing leadership to align systems, resources, and strategic priorities

  • Manage workflows, prioritize enhancement requests, and use project tools (e.g., Asana) to streamline execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing technology or CRM systems, including 3+ years of CRM administration

  • Proven team management experience

  • Strong grasp of CRM platforms (experience in a professional services or B2B environment preferred)

  • Familiarity with marketing systems integrations and business intelligence tools
